Visit the museum in the heart of Herefordshire and learn about the history of cidermaking. Discover how apples were harvested, milled, pressed and the juice fermented to produce cider. Walk through the fascinating champagne cider cellars and find out how two 19th century brothers created the Bulmers empire. From 18th century fine drinking glasses to 20th century oral history recordings, the displays might surprise you. Visits include a free sample of cider in the gift shop.
