Created three years ago by a whimsical entrepreneur with a passion for food and a love of story telling and an american fine dining chef who together share a fondness for the deep south and all its culinary traditions. Serious about food but inspired by the colours and flavors of the London street food movement, they set out to create a brand which married the bohemian utopia of style, edge, taste, art and design with the highest standards of culinary and operational excellence and a huge dose of fun and irony.
